• Time spent working in a retail organisation
• Consulting experience, internally as a business analyst or architect, or externally with client organisations
• Functional domain expertise for example in multi-channel, analytics, supply chain, finance, merchandising or operations
• Technology expertise in ERP, CRM, SCM, E-Commerce, Electronic Point of Sale or similar
• Passion for investigating, discovering, challenging and changing the status quo
